Not easy to get into or figure out, but once you do, it works. Be cautious inside as it can be mayhem between two-directional traffic, vehicles backing, and pedestrians. Many are too fast. Pedestrian bridge to hospital is on second floor and creates a chokepoint in front of pharmacy. My best luck is parking as soon as I'm on the second floor, or making that left and parking just before marked volunteer parking. Building is dark and tight. Smoking area in room by pedestrian bridge.
