Stopped by looking for storage. Keisha the manager was fantastic. She showed me a 5x5 unit. I was extremely impressed with Keisha however the building was too hot for me. She took the time to look at other properties and found me a unit at General Washington. I would of loved to rent with her due to her custom service. PS is very lucky to have someone like her. Very impressed with her.

Very nice location, pricing and staff. Samra is very helpful and always there to answer my questions. Would recommend to anyone looking for storage space.

Keisha was awesome! She was very helpful and accommodating from the get go. She picked out a convenient and sizable storage unit for us at an unbeatable price (first month free)! Keisha was very professional and personable, and we just had an overall excellent experience, thanks to her.

After just having a horrible experience at another location with an employee, Keisha provided me an excellent service. Her ability to steer my anger to laughs in minutes.Incredible. She makes everyone feel like family that comes into those doors/gate. Thank you Keisha!!!!!!!!, you have an amazing personality.

Keisha has been very helpful from the get go. She made the experience for me and followed up with the phone call to make sure that I was taken of in regards to putting my things in storage. I appreciate the great customer service she provides! If you need storage needs in Annandale, I highly recommend you work with Keisha!
