The guy working there has no idea about customer service.very rude and impolite. In addition, he gave me a wrong exaggerated shipping quote which I got the service later in another place for the fraction of that.Today, he charged me $3.00 for two page printing from my memory stick and he said ,they posted the price in the computer that says printing from network.

Absolutely horrible! Had a pre paid label printed out and an email that could be scanned and he refused to do it! Pure laziness!!

Do not expect any nice service at here if you have not pay work in there. Feel so not good! I was just trying to drop off Fedex some package. I won't recommend this place.
