Miguel Miguel Miguel👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿So extremely helpful and patient that I had to say his name three times... I have used Public Storage for years, however I haven’t posted a review in over four years. It was so delightful to see have a nice young respectful man  like Miguel today, he addressed all of my needs and provided updated information n new products that I needed and wasn’t aware it was available.. 100 thumbs up👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿 to this young man and hope to see him prosper in all of his endeavors... Gerard Ave is the place to be if you want outstanding service.. Public Storage is fortunate to have him...I hope they know it😀

The team here are amazing, all of them were very kind and i wish i can remember the young lady's name, started with a "N" or a "M" but she was very knowledgeable of the services provided and recommended the best unit for my storage needs. i appreciate her being so patient with me and would definitely recommend this storage to everyone. most storage sites look very suspicious but walking into this public storage site gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe.

Nicole is awesome! She made the move in process absolutely seamless! She explained everything up front and made sure I got the best unit available. She is very friendly and informative too!

This location was amazingly helpful, I had a problem and the staff at this Bronx location was more then helpful and kind to me. I want to give big shout out and Thank you to Nicole, Will and Supervisor Craig for being so professional and dedicated to their job.
