I usually don't give reviews but I must say I'm impressed with Melissa she has a very warm personality she make u feel like she care I didn't expect the storage to be open with the snow and ice but she was there checking units out in the cold the other lady was not as friendly keep Melissa she is great very good customer service

Friendly staff.., never bothered me when I went to check on my furniture. Buying additional locks wasn't a big hassle either

Friendly staff,  good rates,  well lit, good security.

There prices creep up on you and before you know it you are spending over $100/month for storage.

Please fix the gate so we can get access to our unit at 6am. We have been having trouble for the past month and as recent as this week.
