I found this storage facility using Google. After reading the reviews I decided to give them a call to arrange an unit. The call center rep was super nice and patient with my indecisiveness. She was able to assist me with an appointment to view the unit. When I arrived I met with Ashley. She was beyond exceptional! She is very informative, articulate and helpful. I am usually hesitate about reoccurring purchases but she was very comforting and informative about all of their pricing options, so I didn't feel pressured about leasing the unit. I decided on my move in date but had to change it repeatedly. I spoke with Lori and she was also just as great as Ashley. She was able to help me keep my original unit over the 30 hold mark. I couldn't be more happier with my decision to lease here.
