Public storage would not be my first option accept for the fact that it's located in West Allis. I am unhappy with the over-priced cost of renting here. The staff lacks customer service skills, and often a sign is posted on the door telling customers to come back at a time indicated.

After posting the above review, I am extremely impressed with Public Storage! The staff is new and delightfully helpful. The hours of operation are consistent with no signs posted to come back. And the overall cleanliness and and appearance has improved!  Thank you Public Storage for progressing the quality of your service for the customers!

Kimberly was very nice. I am in a wheelchair and she made it very easy to be able to see my unit that I rented. She is very kind and I will definitely refer my friends to rent storage spaces. I can’t say enough how Kimberly helped me ease my mind.

Right in the center of a densely populated area this location serves the area well with the full range of storage services you might need. The staff has been helpful in the years I have been here and the security is as good if not better than most.
Carrie is very knowledgeable and helpful at the front desk.

Yeah.  Carrie & ashley did quick great service.
.....update 1 yr later.....same awesome service by Carrie.   We have used this facility several times over past years.....always good service, easy to use, competitive pricing...would recommend to anyone.
