The Office Manager, Peggy, is excellent. I have been a customer for about 3 yrs and have always found Peggy to be friendly and very helpful. If you have any questions, Peggy will go out of her way to find an answer. The storage facility is always clean and is easy to access. Great customer service and a friendly staff! Thanks Peggy!

We came in on a Saturday hoping to get a unit that day and were quickly and efficiently taken care of! The unit was spotless and in an easy to get to location. This is our first time ever renting a storage unit and would definitely recommend Storage Master! An added bonus is use of a truck and we didn't need it to move out and they said no problem.

Today, one of the Executive Assistants at this branch, Peggy, was extremely helpful in helping me solve a request that I had. She initially went out of her way to assist us and it was apparent that she was ready to take on the task for our family that was over and above the normal process. I was very appreciative of her understanding and the eventual solution that she had for us.

It was fine in the beginning. It seemed like everyone knew what they were doing, however I believe one of the office people named Sue called me. She said there was a mix up and that they had drilled into my locker. Apparently the companies mistake means that the customer has to make accommodations for the company. Most of the people in the office do not know proper procedure. I asked to end my contract with them right after this incident occurred and I was given the papers and I signed them that day. As I was leaving the man at the front office named Matt said oh and you can keep your lock if you want. To me that means that if I do not want it then just leave it on because they just drill into lockers anyways. So I left it on. When my contract ended I received an email stating that my lock was still on so I was charged another month. Do not go here. This place is awful and over priced. Not worth the trouble.

I have been using this Storage Master facility for several years, and highly recommend it. It is very secure, and the staff are very friendly. The first unit worked out so well we actually rented a second unit for a while. Thanks!
