Great service!  Samantha was awesome and made the rental experience fun!  The unit was clean and ready to go and the use of the moving truck was a great help to start my storage unit experience!  Keep on doing what you are doing!

The service is great! The units are in a great location and they have a variety of storage units to pick from. What could have been a bumpy transition when it comes to moving has been pretty painless thanks to Stoage Master.

The staff at the New Berlin location was easy to work with, very helpful and seemed eager to answer any question that we had!  The facilities and units are clean and easy to use. 
The only thing I would change is to install lights in the storage elevator in the uncontrolled climate building because it was a bit dark while loading our belongings into the elevator. Overall, I would recommend!

My husband and I just started renting. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We were able to get everything moved in on day one with the free move in truck. Everything was easy to find and work with in the facility.
