No one ever answers phone or calls back when you leave a message. Been trying to get my deposit back for 2 months now. We drove over there and spoke with the manager weeks ago and she said we went being charged and she didn't have a forwarding address to send the check to. If she would return the million calls I would have gave her the address but it was given to her when we left. Still haven't received the check. Wouldn't recommend staying here. We rented a new unit for 2 years 2 months and were never late on rent. Pathetic management.

Office is a joke nobody calls you back and they never answer the phone. They schedule work on your home and never show up to do it. Once they do finally show they leave it unfinished. They continue to write you up for nonsense like your child's bike in the yard when they leave siding off your home for weeks at a time. I would never recommend this place to rent or buy.

Force people to make updates they can't afford, paint and stuff like that is understandable, but other things that are not necessary they still ticket people
