Both Jamie and Lyndsay were extremely helpful, patient and just overall lovely people to work with. They made sure to explain all the policies and answered every question with a positive attitude and a smile on their faces. Their customer service was just superb and they’ve made this experience so easy for us during this stressful time. We really appreciate all the help ladies, and keep up the awesome work!

So mad partly at myself, just hit me that the gate hours are only during business hours. That is so inconvenient. Apparently I’m not the only one, I drove up and a young lady was trying to get in and was pissed cause she couldn’t. Those are most people’s work hours. Most inconvenient storage I’ve ever utilized. I’m so disappointed. Unless you literally work down the street this is not a good site. If you’re off on Saturday works best if that’s where you want to spend your Saturday.

We had a totally awesome ex,perience today at Public Storage - location 20709! ZUBIA was so very kind, knowledgable and helpful in getting my mom set up with a 10 x 10 unit! We so appreciate her efforts!! Great employee and great location!

I was having a lot of issues with trying to get my storage moved out and canceled for a few months now, and Eric and Lyndsay at this Public Storage were so helpful and kind. I called up there to cancel VERY last minute (at like 5:30) and they stayed past 6 to help me finish up. They helped me get the stuff out of my storage and vacated. Thank you Eric and Lyndsay for being so helpful and professional!! Would highly recommend this specific area and will definitely be locating here again if ever need be!!
