Overall this place is clean and the storage units are nice. What I am frustrated about is over 50% of the time when I come to the office during business hours the office managers are not here!! You cannot get a cart to haul your things to your unit inside without the office managers. And I always end up waiting a min of 30min. This is ridiculous! And wasteful of their clients time. I’m sitting here waiting yet again as I write the post. If this doesn’t change I will move my things somewhere else

Ryan is the best manager ever! He is always so friendly and has a smile on his face! You know he's good when corporate changes the access hours and they aren't the best for you but since Ryan is so awesome we can't leave this place! Store here if you are looking for a place where you will actually get taken care of!

RYAN IS AN AWESOME.  HE'S ALWAYS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL..FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. HE STAYS ON TOP OF THE FACILITIES NEEDS...HE SHOULD GET A RAISE OR A PROMOTION TO. THIS KID SHIULD B MANAGER.👍 KEEP UP THE EXCELENT WORK BUDDY.

Well, I used to love this place. Until they changed the access hours to only be open 930-6 which completely restricts any available time for me to access my storage unit after I get off work. If you have a regular job and need flexible access hours DO NOT get a unit here. I will be shopping to take my business elsewhere.
