West Coast Self-Storage has more than 70 years of combined experience in the self-storage business. Our friendly staff knows storage, and the Mesa area, inside and out. They’ll make your moving and storage experience easy and enjoyable. Our brand new, beautifully landscaped facility is conveniently located a few blocks off the Costa Mesa Freeway. All of our indoor units are climate controlled, so your belongings won’t suffer from temperature fluctuations. And our covered loading area protects you and your belongings from the sun and rain when you’re moving things in and out.

Jackie is top notch manager. Clean. Easy in & out. Expensive rates.

I really miss Jackie. I was there around 3 pm or so today 3/7/2017.  The person there working in the office Today was so rude. I walked in the office. She was on the phone. She asked, are you here to make payment?
Me: oh no. I'm sorry. My cell phone died and I forgot my good car charger and I need to make an important phone call. "Can I charge my cell for a few minutes?"
(She looked disgusted and said)
Lady: ok, just this ones. You can't next time ok. 
For a paying customer, I was shocked)
Me: "that's ok I Wil just go home." As I walked away, not even close to the exit,
(I heard her say to the person she was talking to on the phone; "she wants to plug her phone"
Which I assumed that wasn't a Customer. 
I've been renting from this West Coast Storage and I have never been treated so unprofessionaly and with disrespect.

Awesome facility, very well managed. Jackie provided fantastic customer service and exceeded all expectations. I stumbled onto West Coast Storage on my way to a competitors facility and am very happy I made a u turn that day. Keep up the good work!

This is an excellent storage unit facility! The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to accomate your needs. Each month I have a few boxes delivered to my unit and the staff is kind enough to put them in my unit for me so I don't have to haul them to my unit myself. They really go above and beyond with the service they provide.
