Great experience! The manager Justin was great and respectful. He was clear with the policies and helped us with all our questions. Definitely loved their prices too

It's a good location and a clean place. I'd actually recommend to try it. Why I rated it down is due to their business practice- there is a "hidden" insurance fee that no one, from the phone lady to the store clerk, mentioned until right before signing. It is just a shady practice to drop additional cost right before closing the deal. Simply unprofessional.

The staff are great. The location is brand new and clean. The only problem is the hours are very difficult if you have a business and you store things there. The rating would be much higher if they're ours were reflective of business owners concerns. Other than that it would be four or five stars.

Awesome place awesome staff but they really need a swing shift at least stay open till ten I asked and was told no way they will ever change their hours I can only hope the consider maybe later summer hours a five star place but the hours of access are a real bummer for me since I keep later hours than whom ever set the closing time at this facility

Good service. Lots of space. The fact that they won't guarantee rates is very frustrating. Also, prices change day to day, so be wary - they will not honor previously posted prices.
