I have been a customer at this Public Storage for 2-3 years. My summary - "Baby, you've come a long, long way!" Thanks to the Herculean efforts and pleasant persistence of the current manager Marie, two of the broken bay doors are again functioning, restoring this to a more user-friendly storage building. The break-ins are now history - for easily a year now - and I don't foresee them returning. More lighting is being installed, and I really see the improvement in the bay areas - it gets dark early and frequently during our Seattle winters. The building is cleaner and brighter. In addition, Marie is a very welcoming, helpful employee, who enjoys working here and welcoming customers. I find the staff consistently welcoming and pro-active in meeting customer needs. Thank you for the improvements.

I rented a space a couple of weeks ago from this facility, and was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. Paul B really helped me, and he informed me that the property manager, Marie, also deserved credit for the operation of the property. Paul took a real interest in my moving situation, and helped me find the exact right size unit, and in the best available location in the building. Access hours are somewhat limited but I can deal with that. My moving day was very stressful, but the calm and friendly attitude of the staff made things just a little easier.

I have used this Storage facility for over 10 years because of it's convenient location. The facility could certainly use some upgrading but my experience with the recent staff has been excellent. Marie, the manager, is very helpful and efficient. I have had to change units twice in the last 2 months and Marie and her staff have been friendly and open to helping me figure out the right size unit. I greatly appreciate their attitude and professionalism

They are wonderfully kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Both Kyle and Marie ensured I had the best deal possible and found a unit that was best suited to my sudden change in needs. They are delightful and you can't go wrong with Public Storage!

If only you could give negative stars. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with in the course of 50 years of life. The list of problems is too long to recount, but before you entrust your belongings to this shady place, know that they had a thief repeatedly breaking into units, mine among them. They let this continue without lifting a finger or even communicating to their customers. I was alerted by another customer. I went to my unit and found my lock gone and another in its place. The staff told me that the thief must have broken in and then put their own lock on. It turns out it was Public Storage that put the lock on, but they are so disorganized that they didn't know this and never even alerted me to the break in! They could have spent a nominal amount to have two night attendants to prevent the thief, but they did nothing. Eventually, they simply reduced the hours of access for everyone, creating an inconvenience to their customers as a solution. I had two rugs that I have had for many years, brought back from travels, that were destroyed along with other items due to a horrible bug infestation. Given the clientele here, that was a huge disappointment, but shouldn't have been a surprise. I recently traveled alone through Turkey and Greece. I don't scare easily. When I came here after hours I always had a male friend meet me. Scary. I am so, so happy to have moved to a clean, safe facility elsewhere, operated by kind and professional staff. Please spare yourself from this place! The negative and accurate reviews of this place disappear from yelp. Hopefully consumers can start getting more accurate info from Google reviews.
