I'm just fed up with this storage facility. 

I've been at this facility since 2009. I used it because I needed a place for all my military equipment. The following year I had my unit broken into. The insurance initially denied my claim for stolen items. It was largely inconvenient to claim for stolen property that was military issued with their set insurance company.

In 2016, I've had to call the police on units that were being broken into. The security system is severely inefficient given my personal experiences (God knows how many other break-ins occurred). Customers should feel that their units are secure. I do not feel that way about my storage unit. 

The last test of my faith with this facility and its management failed when the electronic gate was out for order for at least a week (Jan 21-29). The sign read that the gate would be open at 9:30am but it did not say when it would be closed. So if you're traveling from far away just hope and pray that the gate is still open when you arrive. Also, their established office hours online and at the facility is more of a guideline and not necessarily a rule. At least, that's what it seems to be (see pictures). For all these reasons, I am moving my property out of this storage facility. 

I've attached pictures to show the temporary sign and current time with the date to prove that my claims are truthful. One picture shows (3) vehicles (current clients) waiting to get into their storage units but cannot due to the gate being out of order, as well as the less than accurate sign of when it's supposed to be open. 

I would not recommend this facility to my friends or family members. I hope this review helps current and future clients.

Advertised 1st month price discount did not apply to the unit we wanted to rent. Lots of add-on charges and further recommendations for additional costs. Gate did not work properly. Paid for two months, in advance, and cancelled the 2nd month (May) on the 29th of April. When the refund to my card was only $11, I called and was told any further refund would have to be approved by the district manager. Received a message letting me know the refund had been approved...today is the 9th, still no refund.

Courteous, attentive and detailed. 

I am feeling quite fortunate to have found a storage locker that is in the area I wanted, within my budget constraints, and attended by absolutely wonderful people.

A thousand thanks to Brittany the property manager for making this little part of the current life transition I'm going through a complete breeze. She was able to ensure my storage needs were adequately met, that I fully understood all the small details of renting from PS, and hit her obviously mandated company sales pitches all while exuding a genuine warmth and personable character that completely set me at ease. As someone who can be as socially awkward as myself, I can honestly say it is very rare indeed for me to be made to feel comfortable so quickly while dealing with processes that I am unfamiliar with. 

I hope PS fully appreciates the quality employee they have in Brittany, and I would recommend this particular location to anyone for their storage needs without hesitation.

When I needed a storage space Brittany was there to help! She made sure that I was satisfied with the unit size I picked. I have been very pleased with the service and the pricing is decent for the area and I find the ability to pay online a big plus.  Thank you Brittany for being a kind and helpful person!
