I have rented here over a dozen times.  The two times I got Pam, she expected customer help to hook up the 4x8 trailer.  When I asked if they hooked them up, she replied, "that's the U part in U-Haul."  Somehow I don't think U-Haul means, "U-hook it up".  I won't be back.

Update: The U-Haul they made me hook up myself was full of garbage!!!

Worst experience imaginable dont ever trust these people! I rented what I thought was a safe secure storage unit (completely overpaid for starters) the same night i moved my things in and left, i got a call the next day not until noon though / from them saying there was no lock on our unit (which we did absolutely double chked was locked before we left) we drove there and discovered unit was robbed!! Unit was completely ramshacked and all expensive items they were able to carry were gone. Huge mess left behind. When we told them what happened they didnt even care. Hell probably an inside job they did themselves no doubt. NO CAMERAS ON PROPERTY to prove or watch anything and they advised us they just leave theyre gate open 24/7 which is totally irresponsible!!! Police showed up and took a statement but no one offered even so much as an Im sorry this happened to you from the service desk!! EVERYTHING POINTED TO THEM AS SUSPICIOUS. These people disgust me do not ever do service with them they will just steal you blind!! And - there our kids belongings in the unit and items ruined and wrecked just left the place ripped from end to end. Im Writting the better business bureau today also to let them know what kind of business these guys are running. Ive had bad experiences but nothing even comes close to this! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS THEY ARE THIEVES AND LOWLIFES!!! I wish there was a negative star count available to rate this robbery ring!!! 100% total sham!!! Safe my ass!!!

I only put one star because that was the lowest rating aloud. I rented a 12ft open trailer that ended up having a flat tire by the time I got home. On the tire there was a green sharpie circle around where it was leaking showing that the tire had been repaired before but still leaked. I didn't have the rental agreement on me that had the uhaul roadside assistance number, so I called les Schwann and paid out of pocket for the repair and wasn't able to use the trailer the first day I had it because of the tire issue, the next day they called me and said I had to have it back by 12pm because someone else was renting it so I got turned the trailer in at 11am an hour early. I proceeded to tell them about the tire issue I had experienced and they rudely accused me of lying about it having a green circle around the faulty previous repair and about having it repaired myself. Then they said they were still were going to charge me for 2 days because I didn't use their free roadside assistance even though I have a receipt for the tire repair. So in end I had to pay out of pocket for a tire repair and only got a half day of use and had to pay for 2 days and then to top it off was treated rudely and accused of lying. This place is a joke

Always get the insurance. The people are lackluster but at least the truck gets the job done.
