ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER!! EVERY SINGLE TRAILER AND CAR HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO/LIVED IN AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN NOTICE FOR A WHILE!!! When we arrived they didn't even call the owner or manager. Told us that there is nothing they can do about it. They gave us a number for the owner and it rang her phone! They didn't even notice that every other trailer had been broken into and trashed. EXTREMLY rude workers. They wouldn't even call the other owners of the trailers to let them know. Asked them to call the police and they said they didn't have to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ANYWHERE!

Within 3 days, everything was stolen out of my car. This is including some very large items that would be near impossible to lift over the fence. Security cameras were smashed and motion sensors were detected (Portland police decided not to show). I am not the first to report a break in within this facility. They were very quick to inform me that they are not liable, but they are very sorry. Do not go here if you care about the security of your belongings!

The storage outside, drive up unit I used was easy to access, clean and well maintained. The staff, particularly Lorie, were excellent - communicative, friendly, and helpful. Also, the telephone staff (who are not local) were helpful and clear out pricing, and payments. No hidden costs or agenda, all up front. I will use Public Storage again.

My car was ok but my friends car was broken into & all of her things were stolen. My friend has tried to call the facility & manager multiple times but they are "too busy" to pick up the phone or even return her phone calls to update her about her missing things. We also found out that there are homeless people living on the property. There are motion sensors on site that alert the cops but the cops DON'T come when alarmed.
