Love this Publix. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. And if they don't have what I need they'll get it for me!!  Cant ask for better than that.

I've never experienced a problem at publix. I have ordered plenty cakes over the years,  even my wedding cake and I don't stay in Macon but travel to publix for there cakes. There not too sweet and they even offer sugar free cakes that I also love. The cashiers we're friendly as well

Publix always has a variety of items that other stores don't carry. They have a really good meat and fresh seafood department. The bakery makes delicious special occasion cakes and the bakery department stocks gluten free items! Usually checkout is efficient and carry out assistance is available if needed. Large parking lot and good location with easy access to Interstate 75.

I will not be returning to this location EVER again. The Black lady and the manager of the deli were extremely rude and mean for no reason. My mom asked the lady a simple question and she immediately caught an attitude and the manager stood there and did nothing about it. The manager also thought the way the lady was treating us was funny when we brought it to his attention. These people do not deserve their jobs for treating customers this way. Paying customers should be treated a lot better than the service my mother and I received.
