Total strike out!!! This was my first time this visiting The Casserole Shop, after hearing numerous radio ads....total frustration and disappointment!!! I wanted to buy a small breakfast casserole as a Christmas gift for a friend who had been working extra hard lately. I was trying to give her a break so she and her hubby could relax and enjoy the casserole on Christmas morning. I had called a couple of days ahead to ask if I needed to place an order for one or if they normally had enough on hand. A nice young man told me that it wouldn't be a problem, that they normally have plenty on hand. Well, when I went to purchase it, the small shopping center parking lot was totally full, no where to park....only saw one marked spot for the shop, it was taken. It's a very tight parking lot when full! I finally found one in front of Circa. When I went inside, I asked for a small breakfast casserole, a nice young lady apologized for being sold out of them. I told her about calling a couple of days before. I got very upset because my Christmas plan for my friend has been totally ruined by the shop not being prepared for extra Christmas orders!!! If I hadn't been told that it wouldn't be a problem on the call, I wouldn't have been so upset. I felt like I had been lied to! While at grocery later in the day, I shared my experience with someone....she said that the food is good, but that the business is somewhat of a disorganized mess. Can't wait to share my experience with my friend also! First impressions matter, I doubt there will ever be a second chance here!!! Very sad for all concerned!

Love this place....our customers bring us goods from here all the time and we love them....so I had to become a customer myself! I can't believe the comments below about the owner, staff or the food. My experiences with EVERYONE here has been awesome!!! They have all of our business at Del's Automotive.

I tried The casserole shop for the first time and was very disappointed as well as was my wife. I got a simple squash casserole and for the money it wasn't worth it. It was small and bland. For that kind of money I was expecting a wow factor. Didn't get it.

Food and pastry items were great!everything I ate was fresh. The girls working there were awesome at making great recommendations about both food and bakery items and super friendly. I will definitely be visiting more often.

From the wonderful smells the minute you walk in to the very friendly staff, to the delicious food; You can't go wrong. I love the Bacon Tomato Dip, Marinated Sandwiches, Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole and anything from the fabulous Bakery! I really love how easy this place makes my busy life!
