This neighborhood Publix is great. It's an icon here, really. Even though it lacks space, they try and accommodate everyone. The staff has always been nice and helpful. If they don't carry an item you're looking for, you can always ask management if they can get it or maybe carry it in the future. The only bad point is the parking. The parking lot can fill up fast since there's limited space.

I never have a problem when i go to publix except for when dealing with one lady in particular that works at customer service. She is not customer friendly. At least not to me. As a person who has previously worked in customer service, the objective is to provide exceptional service to the customers. A smile goes a long way. Speaking goes a long way. I never get that from her. Everyone else is wonderful.

OK anyone who know the Publix Promise then you will understand. So I picked up a few $12.++ each Brawny paper towels. They were placed in a section for $8.++ & the manager didn't want to give it to me for that price. He did not want to honor the promise.... until I asked him wasn't he supposed to give it to me for that price.

MANAGER: I can only give you 1 for FREE!
ME: I don't want it free I want it for the price that was on the shelf!

This is based on my deli experience. Very slow, not enough staff handling the lunch rush, staff move wothout a sense of urgency. I am not interested in eaiting in a line for over 15 minutes at the grocery store just for an item. If you are only going to have one staff member make subs then they should at least move quickly.

I didn't realize a Publix was even capable of poor customer service - but this store proved me wrong. I ordered a flat bread pizza and they told me that they didn't make pizzas. There were three employees standing there telling me they didn't sell an item that was on the sign RIGHT ABOVE THEIR HEADS. If you don't sell it - fine - take it off your sign. That was just the beginning of the "we don't care if you shop here or not" attitudes. I expect this elsewhere, but not at Publix.
