The new owners are thieves. During the changeover the new owner would not except payment from me. It brought the unit in default and for months he said he would do what's fair. He sold the units contents without contacting me. Simply put, thief!

This storage place is absolutely the worst place,barely able to access your belongings with hrs so limited compared to other facilities, it leaks terrible ,they only allow 1 gate open and the width of the driveway is so narrow and at a slope that it's so difficult to get in an out that when another customer is there you need to wait.I contacted the owner to let him know it be much easier for customers to have both gates open so as not to have to back up and he said he has no plans of that and if I'm unhappy with his unit I should find another one.honestly I was appalled to hear him respond so negatively and thought I should spare people the turmoil you would most likely have dealing with pueblo west storage since this  is a new owner and he seems to have no respect for the opinions of those who pay him for a service.

DO NOT STORE HERE! THE PLACE FLOODS,LIMITED ACCESS AND THE STORY GOES ON,NOT TO MENTION NO LACK OF SECURITY.
