Food is as good as the employees are surly. Love the food but everyone seems mad that you are bothering them. With prices that high they should hire people who smile.

Would be helpful if restaurants informed online services when they have closed a location. (Like this one.) The cheery note taped to the locked door telling me not worry, they were consolidating to their Brentwood location did not cheer me up. It seemed self-serving and patronizing. Glad I didn't spend my money here.

The Puffy Muffin has really good food and a nice variety. My kids love their pancakes and treats from their bakery. Sadly this Cool Springs location is closing it's doors soon, but at least the original site in Brentwood, TN will continue on.

I highly recommend Puffy Muffin for wedding cakes! Our wedding cake was beautiful and delicious. We ordered more cake than was needed so there was plenty. Many guests went for a second piece by the time the reception was over. I had several tell me it was the best tasting wedding cake ever (we chose traditional white wedding cake with a champagne icing). They were shocked as it was beautiful too.

Supremely satisfying yummies to be had here. Too bad they closed this site down! For the Goodies go to the Brentwood store
