I ordered 150 cookies via the website and I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for to serve at my business launch party. Alena and her Triple Crown Bakery team crushed it! The cookies were a total hit - so delicious AND matched my business branding perfectly! I had people asking if they could take some extra cookies to their family! Alena was such a joy to work with! She is so positive and always thinking creatively with her treats! I would recommend Triple Crown Bakery for any business, wedding or anyone looking to fill a sweet tooth craving ;) PS: If you get the chance, check out their brick & mortar bakery... it's darling!!

I called to order a birthday cake for my wife. I asked for a single layer white cake with white icing. It was vanilla cake with some kind of icing that I can’t identify. Cake is very dry and not very tasty. I should have asked a few more questions before wasting $50+ on a cake that no one wants. ***Addition*** My wife called and talked to the staff there, and they offered a full refund and a new cake. We took a partial refund (running a small business can be very tough), and a new smaller cake. The cake wasn't dry this time, but definitely still not the "white cake, white icing" we were looking for, and not something we liked. (personal preference) All that to say, Triple Crown went out of their way to try and make us happy, which to me is the sign of a truly great business!!

Right out of a story book. A small and beautiful bakery. They even had a small area with a toy kitchen that my daughter loved. We will be sure to return! Oh... and the treats were very good! We are enchanted!

I tried Alena's cookies after my mother-in-law brought some home from a party she had been to.  They were adorably decorated, packaged, and were delicious, so I decided to use her for custom cookies for my grandmother's 90th birthday celebration.  Alena was responsive in setting up the order and details via email (I live in a different state).  Unfortunately, my grandmother unexpectedly passed away and I forgot to cancel the order before Alena made the cookies, she followed up with me when nobody showed up to pick them up and was very understanding when I told her what happened.  I offered to pay, but she said not to worry about it.  It's so nice to find someone with a delicious product and a kind heart.
