I came to Pundmann to purchase a new Ford Escape. I had the pleasure of working with Gary Schmidt after an unpleasant experience at another dealership. I had something specific in mind so Gary had the car ready and waiting for me upon my arrival. He was extremely throurough, friendly, and customer service oriented. I never felt like he was trying to give me a sales pitch. The price that was negotiated I felt was fair to both parties and we signed right away. We also worked with Mike in finance and he was again, a pleasure to work with. He presented all options in great detail, and once again, not pushy whatsoever. Pundmann is a little out of my way, but I look forward to bringing back my business again and again whether it be for service or to purchase another vehicle. I highly recommend them. 5 stars!

I had a great purchasing experience in April 2017 working with Josh Vick the Internet sales manager at Pundmann Ford. I am 50 years old and have purchased many vehicles over the past 25 years and this was by far the easiest and most streamlined purchase experience I have experienced. Josh was prompt in his email responses and was friendly, organized, upbeat and has a no pressure sales approach. I would recommend Josh Vick this ford dealership to friends and family without hesitation.

Our family has bought 3 cars from Pundmann in the last 4 years and we will keep going back to this dealership. They deal with customers honestly and I've never felt like I was getting the "sales pitch". They are genuinely concerned about getting you into the right car at the right price. We have worked with Elliott Starr and he is knowledgeable and personable. I contact him if anything comes up and he responds right away. Loren in the finance department is great. I highly recommend Pundmann Ford!
