I went to three different repair shops to get a tune up on my 2001 Mercedes Benz ML320 for my fiancee. Everywhere I went they wanted to do way more than what was required for a simple tune up. This truck is not exactly new, and everyone tried to remind me that the high price was due to it being a Mercedes, whatever. Next stop, 5 Star. From the beginning of the staffs friendly, and professional treatment, things were different. 

Tim Watkins, the service manager was awesome. Straight to the point and more than fair with pricing. The work performed, far exceeded my expectations . I've taken my vehicle there three times now. I am extremely satisfied. I'd like to thank Tim, Kim and of course the amazing work of their service technicians. They all made a sometimes tough situation with a repair, a very pleasant experience.

Anytime I have stopped by I'm always met with a smile and positive energy! The staff is friendly and they make the car buying experience fun and cooperative! This is the second car I have purchased from them and Victoria was more than accommodating both times! I felt informed, like my needs in a car were important and that I was being met with a very realistic approach to purchasing a vehicle. Especially for a first time car buyer!  After window shopping and visiting dealerships all over the St Louis area, I would come back to 5 star every time and recommend to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle! Thank you guys for finding me the perfect SUV!

I kept hearing on the radio recent bad credit not a problem. I called and said i was almost an hour drive away and was upfront and honest about my recent credit problems due to dealing with leaving my wife.i was told to come on in. So i took the hour drive. And because of one 8 year old glitch and a recent one i was told if i had $3000 down they could work with me. What a waste of time. If i had that kind of money on me I'd go buy one cash. I make more than enough to make the payments I'd of had and than some. Very disappointed.

I am a very forgiving guy, I normally don't rate under three stars. This one has earned this rating though. Now don't get me wrong if you are in a pinch and need a car right away this place might be for you. That being said they tried to sign us at a 24.99% rate with a credit score of 630. Now you might be wondering why I so welling put my credit score on here. Well during the credit process they sit you in a room with two to three other groups so someone was bound to hear it anyway (no privacy). Once that was out of the way and they tried to sell us a 1999 Honda Civic with no warranty for 5k we had it we left and went across the street. I beg you do your home work before you buy a car from a place like this. Unless like I said you are in a pinch and need a car right way and don't care how much you are spending on an older car they wont put a warranty on.

Went in with an older car 02 lancer. Had to refinance my loan to have work done. I owe 3500 still. Now I went in want to get a car and roll what I owe into a new loan. I bring home in between 12 and 1500 ever two weeks. I figured i made enough to get a decent car and get rid of my older. So me and my fiance go in I fill all the paperwork out they run the numbers. And there option was to say they can't take my car and to put me in a HHR with a 3rd car payment. How is that a good option? Seriously why would I want to drive home a car I'm wanting to trade in and have a payment on a 3rd vehicle. I don't want to shell out more money every month. I understand my payments would have been higher cause of the roll over of the old loan but a 3rd car payment that's not a good option but it was the only option I was given. So no trade in money no pickle event ability and in the fine print if they can't finance you they will send you to the Bahamas but since they said that they could give me a 3rd car payment I was technically qualified. Telling someone that the only way to get a reliable vehicle is to take on a 3rd payment and more debt is never a viable option. I almost did a one star but they were very professional and courtious. So I gave them 2. But I am not at all happy with the option that was given.
