They are straight forward. Their prices are reasonable.  Great communications despite how busy they are. Immediate response to texts. They will work with you and any concerns you have. My father in law loves the car he got there without breaking the bank.

I came in looking for a car, after a lengthy search. I was expecting this visit to go much like the other dealers I've been. You know annoying hounding salesmen, very pushy, call you non stop. Nope, jot these guys. I was originally working with Ryan, he was on call out of town when I came back to buy the car. David Handled everything for Ryan, and was vwry easy to work with, and knew everything that me and Ryan discussed. The communication between the two is amazing. It went so well that i bought a second, this time worked with Mark. Again, a flawless experience. Very honest group here, and is very reasonable on price. You can work with them, and tell them your needs, and they are there to help.

Drove 5 hours to see a car that I was told was in great condition. Upon arrival to dealership I found the car buried in the snow. The car was not even close to condition it was presented online and told over the phone. I was given money to go get a car wash myself while on my test drive. After my test drive I expressed my disappointment only to be told what do i expect out of a used car. Salesman was very unprofessional and was very disappointed with the whole experience.
