Treated with courtesy and respect from the moment my family and I walked through the door. Excellent facility and employees. After purchasing a certified used truck my salesman Nathan went over every little detail in the truck with me and made sure it was completely detailed before leaving the lot. That alone never happened from the previous large northeastern Ohio dealership I bought from. The follow up calls have been excellent from Nathan too. You can really tell that Tim Lally employees really care about their customers. All and all it was a great experience and will consider Tim Lally as my dealership from now on and would highly recommend them.

Great place to buy a car. We were met at the door by salesmen John. My son was shopping for a Camaro. John, his sales manager Mark, and the whole staff were so good to deal with. Was a great car buying experience!  John, Mark and the whole staff took great care of us. We left three hours later with his new car. One of the best Dealer experiences I have ever had.

Stopped into Tim Lally Chevrolet looking for a new Chevrolet Malibu and Alex Reed greeted me. He is very relatable and down to earth salesman. Very professional. After having nightmare experiences in the past with other dealerships I was very apprehensive. But, Alex made the process run seamless from the moment I stepped on the lot. Look forward to enjoying this Malibu for many years. Highly recommend Alex Reed and Tim Lally.

Tim Lally was not your average 'run around' dealership. By far the best experience yet.  The staff was quick with getting the paperwork completed and had me out  of there in no time. If you have not got to experience the Tim Lally dealership, now is the time.  Not only is the staff Fantastic but the dealership itself is phenomenal.  Where else can you go buy a car and watch a movie and get you nails done?!.  I give Tim Lally and its staff an A++. Great job done by everyone. I will most definitely recommend Tim Lally from here on out.

My salesman Matt was outstanding. Found the vehicle I was looking for with no problem. He followed up with all questions and concerns. Sales manager Mark provided additional help as well. All was appreciated!
