Joann was great.  
However my price on the car says a lower price and they’re charging me almost $400 more than the sticker price! 
Why don’t they honor their prices?

Drive Time is the most efficient, fast, reliable, honest dealership I’ve ever experienced. NO EXAGGERATION! Its makes your car buying experience worth wild. They’re honest and nice. They work with whatever you give them. NO is never a answer they’ll give you. If anyone goes to the Bedford location ask for Alex Drescher. He is amazing in customer service.

Joann was very nice. She took care of my mom. She told my mom she could get what she liked and she did just that. Best customer service at a car lot in a long time. If your in the market for a car see Joann at drive time.
