Purchased a Groupon and I decided to upgrade for a package. I paid 400.00 and recieved my 1st treatment.  I later decided not to spend that much money and asked for a refund.
My credit card company and I were told that if I didn't buy the package. ...That 1 facial treatment I had was priced at 400.00.
The best part of this situation is Amanda turned the situation around saying she didn't like people trying to get free services. And if I said anything that wasn't true she would sue me.
Lol, buyer beware of the up selling and the owner. This is Village House and used to be under Pure Elements. This business is not consumer friendly!

Stay Away!, Horrible Service, The Village House Spa... Use to be Pure Elements that use to be in Clemmons. Horrible customer service, ripps people out of money, False Groupon advertisement for "LASER" its not real "LASER" check the previous Yelp reviws on Pure Elemnts spa and Yelp review
