I'm not sure which more I'm excited of... Leaving this review or filing a lawsuit & WINNING! (Of course she didn't appear) First impressions are everything & "Mandy" made sure it was a way to grab clients in. However; shortly later the mess comes into play such as repeatedly cancelations on the same day of services, unrehearsed excuses, and a mobile device that never goes ANSWERED! Feel free to visit "The Village House of $h!t" if you're willing to play russian roulette or believe the "alternative facts". I look forward to receiving my judgement award while having a nice facial at an "A" BBB approved business!

The owner, Amanda Bolen, sold me a package and guranateed it, I was burnt, would have worked it out but could not get her nor the employee who did my service to contact me. She misspoke and said I had been coming longer than I had, she sent me screen shots of appointments that I didn't go to.  I have the receipt, and I did not begin going until the middle of December last year.,she says since July.  However it was guaranteed. I feel like she created those appointments in her system.  I offered to use one of the people who rents space in her spa, and her massage therapist to recoup my money, she woud not do that. She wanted the woman who rents from her to do my services free of charge. I will not take advantage of her. She, offered to do my treatments herself, I've know these ladies for many years and knew she didn't like doing treatments and she is pregrant and could not complete them, for these to work you need to go every week, that's been part of the problem, she cannot keep an employee long enough to do the treatments as they should be. I've had 3 or 4 people and they all would cancel appointments. Never a consistant treatment.

I would NOT recommend this Spa, and I do intend to contact the Better Business Bureau, Goupon, the state board, because to do some of the treatments she does you need a medical professional to over see them, she does not have this!  People beware
