Putnam house is FANTASTIC! I first experienced The Putnam House as a kid and instantly loved the atmosphere. Started going back as an adult and still love it! The food is incredible!, Everything on the menu is delicious. This is the first Restaurant that I took my 7 year old at the Time, where she ate her entire meal, which was the Steak Tips!adult serving! The staff and owner are so personable, they instantly make you feel as if you entered their home and they can’t wait to feed you. Not to mention, in 2020 they’ve gotten me through some pretty stressful pandemic meals planning! Which I was able to feed my family a whole week on such a reasonable price! Thank you Putnam House!
We watch for their meat loaf week it comes around a couple times a year and plan a special trip. It's the best. Classic neighborhood bar and high end resturant, always a good time.Food: 5/5
Good stuff! Got the signature burger, chickenpot pie, calamari, and some wings. Burger was as expected! Chickenpot pie was pretty shockingly big. We don't get chickenpot pies often but this was definitely a different way of setting it. Flavor was right but a bit liquidy and not enough filling. Overall. Still happy! Wings were great, if you're eating outside in the wind, be sure to eat those quick. Becasue when they're hot and cirspy, it's delicious. Once they're exposed to the cold breeze it's more crunchy and dry. So eat those quick! Fried calamari was good, will definitely order spicy next time, might be more flavorful. We were still happy with our experience! Great place!

Just by chance we stopped in for lunch. Never been there before never heard of the place. The food was magnificent. The service exceedingly generous. We live well over an hour away. I’ll be back…OFTEN.
Great atmosphere, awesome waiters, and great food. Outside dining as well whether permitting. I have dined. Outside & inside, and a 10 & 14 bar stool. Parking: Handicap next to entrance, all other parking are just as close. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room.
Food is consistently above the bar. Each meal comes with a side salad, the wings are amazing. I get take-out from here once a week and the quality is just as good as if you're eating in. Best beef stew I've ever had. Essentially, everything is fantastic.
