The first thing that jumps out at you is the look and feel. It is like going to exercise in a 5 star hotel. The employees are courteous and friendly and sincere....they really make you feel like they are there to SERVE you. The locker rooms are like ones you would find in a high class country club with all the amenities. The indoor pool is great......heated with music underwater. The kid care is unbeatable. They have Parisi Speed school as well. Now to the nitty grittty.....the upstairs workout facility is bar none the best that I have encountered and I have been working out for over 20 years. Everything you need and much much more. It is also very clean and well maintained which can not be over stated. Great fitness trainers too. But the best part is that you do not have to wait for machines or equipment. It is not crowded because it does cost more than your usual gym. But you get your moneys worth if you can afford it.
