I had an appointment on Friday at 10:30 , had to wait more than 30 minutes and haven't even been called to check in. I had to change the appointment to the next day which is Saturday at 1:30. When I got there they told me my appointment was at 11:30!!! And I will not be seen! The lady who changed my appointment was there, and when I asked her she said "I don't even know how that happened!" I asked for a note! The gave me a hand written note that says I was late for my appointment! This is the stupidest experience I've ever had with them.

Dr Kristi Smith is the most comprehensive thorough physician I have ever seen.  She genuinely cares about her patients.  Excellent!

Omg. I went 3x with my hubby who had appointments. The wait time for All 3x appointments was terrible. We waited an hour and 10 minutes before called to the back. Our 3rd time I said something to one of the nurse who said everyone is waiting. Really!!!!  What is the point for making a appointment at a set time, if an individual is not seen within 15 or minutes after arrival? I do not recommend this location. Maybe they have too many patients and is trying to lose some. However my husband went there because of workman comp from his employe.

Horrible just horrible. I didn't know medical offices turn patients in extreme agony away. I told them I had no vehicle and a friend dropped me off so I couldn't walk to fastmed, they didn't care. Don't waste your time and money going there.

I have always received great customer service here from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors. I will always go to Pomona Drive.
