YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AND DISAPPOINTED!!!!
OLDER LADY TRIES TO FAST TALK YOU INTO SERVICES THAT YOU THINK YOU'RE GETTING A DEAL FOR. 
BROUGHT MY DAUGHTER'S AND GRANDDAUGHTER IN THERE. HAD TO LEAVE. MADE IT CLEAR THAT I WAS PAYING FOR THEIR SERVICES. WHEN I LEFT, OLDER LADY TRIED TO SWINDLE MY YOUNG DAUGHTER OUT OF MONEY TO GET HER EYEBROWS DONE.
PLUS THEY OVERCHARGE FOR THEIR SERVICES. (I GUESS TO KEEP THEIR SPOT IN THE MALL)
POLISH JOBS WERE SHABBY. ONE OF MY DAUGHTERS GOT ONE THIN HALF DONE COAT AND A TOP COAT. THE OTHER ASKED FOR GOLD. I GUESS THERE WAS A SHORTAGE IN THAT TOO, BECAUSE SHE ONLY GOT 1 COAT OF IT, AND A TOP COAT.
YOU COULD SEE CLEAR THROUGH HER NAIL.
WHEN I QUESTIONED PRICE AND THEIR SERVICES, THEY LOOKED AT ME LIKE I HAD A THIRD EYE IN THE MIDDLE OF MY FOREHEAD. 
THEY DIDN'T OFFER TO REMEDY ANYTHING. 
THE SERVICES ARE MEDIOCRE TO SHABBY, AND THEY ARE VERY LIMITED ON THE DESIGNS THEY CAN DO. (I MEAN, WHO DOES THE 6 DOT FLOWER ANYMORE? REALLY?)
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND "GO SOMEWHERE ELSE"!!!!!! 👎👎👎
P.S. IF ANYBODY OFFERS YOU 'GEL NAILS', 'KNOW' THAT IT DOES NOT COME IN A NAIL POLISH BOTTLE!!! IT SHOULD BE APPLIED SIMILAR TO ACRYLIC!! 😡

DO NOT GO HERE! Not only was my skin cut and bleeding,the person laid acrylic over the cuts and it hurts. On top of that, my nails are so ugly, he was questioning and not doing anything I asked. I can't soak the nails off because of the cuts, so I'm stuck with these. If I could give negative stars I would.

Avoid. I don't know what's worse here, the people or the atmosphere. The lady who helped me this morning kept insisting I got the salt scrub for $5.00, I said no thank you multiple times and made it perfectly clear I only wanted the pedicure - as advertised for 21.99. she did the salt scrub and charged me for it at the end. I wasn't about to argue $5.00 but it is the principal in my opinion. If I say no, more than 3x, respect my wishes. The materials they used for the pedicure seemed dirty or very very used, hard to say. I'm so worried that I'll end up with some type of infection after this. When I went to pay she gave me the total and I said that's not what you're advertising outside, it says $21.99 and you're charging $35.00. she said that's on on Monday-Saturday. I replied, you should put that on the sign then. Such a bad and disappointing experience.

Just went here 2 days ago for a pedicure and full set. After my pedicure I went to restroom and one of the customers that was in the salon had warned me about the manicure and said she had been cut and burned about three times. I took that into consideration but I still wanted to see for myself so I came back in to get my full set done. So it started okay, I asked for coffin shaped nails and he made them look awful so I asked to round them out on the sides because they looked way too rectangular. I could tell he was upset about me asking that but hey I'm paying so I expect to see good results. And plus they have a small paper printed saying they'll fix the job but won't refund, so of course I wanted him to fix it but he seemed reluctant to do so. Then he indeed did hurt me a couple times with that little spinning drill thing. He didn't apologize. After the job was done I realized that it didn't even reach my nail cuticle but I didn't even find it worth arguing over because he was just going to be reluctant to fix that too. Also at every nail salon I've been to they fix the skin around the nail too and make it look neater but he just left it alone and it would have made the appearance of the nail look better. When I went to pay i was charged $92. I've never payed that much for a full set and a pedicure in fact the most I've paid is about $50. I certainly don't think the manicure or the service was worth $92. Not coming back here. I love the nail places in Vernon Hills better.
