Found much cheaper insurance elsewhere after giving Quality 1st many opportunities to "shop" around for me to get the best deal.  Saved over $900 every six months.  After cancelling my policy, they still pulled the premium from my bank sending it into overdraft status since I had already paid for my new insurance.  Not willing to help, just a bunch of excuses.  Also, if an insurance company isn't willing to shop through their own insurance companies to get a better deal then they obviously aren't willing to work for my business.  A short search online and matching the limits to my current policy and I was saving $150/month.  Definitely find insurance elsewhere, these people don't care at all and will simply raise, raise, raise, raise your insurance.  For the record.....zero tickets and zero accidents, never made a claim.........

Maria gave me a call today to try to sell me the insurance and was very rude when I was polite.  If you want good customer service I would highly suggest not going here.

Matt and his crew are amazing. I've worked with and know a lot of insurance guys and these guys are honest, easy to contact, have great pricing and I'd totally recommend them to my mother.
