I am in the automotive repair industry and I see a lot of people through my facility and some of these people have insurance related problems.  I have never seen an insurance step up and take care of a customer like a did with State Farm and Rigo.  Props to you Rigo and your team.  Thank you State Farm for the business.

I have not been impressed with State Farm or Rigo's office. We signed up almost 2 years ago and the service from this office has gone down hill. I've had days where I've tried to get a hold of someone at the corporate level and get transferred to the local office with no one answering or able to talk to us. Emails take WEEKS most of the time to get a reply. Our monthly amount has changed every month for almost 6 months and no one explains why until I call in complaining and asking questions. Poor service is all we receive and high prices for little return. Not worth it in this insurance company. We need someone looking out for us in an agent and I don't feel we get that from Rigo's office.

Rigo is great to work with and always willing to help me out. He has a dedicated staff and he is very available to answer my questions and discuss insurance options. I would recommend Him to anyone!
