Diane is a rip off. Oil change way to high. Didnt need that kind of oil. Other work not done to spec on both vehicless i would never in my life time make that greedy broad money. Oh i get a call saying car is done. Got Message on both phones nothing about owing more money i go in and bam she wants more money. Do onto others Diane. You are a rip off.

best shop anywhere near Bothell/Mill Creek,  if you want exceptional service at a reasonable price,  Quality Foreign Auto is the ONLY place to go.   These guys do it right!  costumer for life!  thank you!

Never take your car here. Here's why. I took it my BMW in for just a diagnostic asked the front desk lady if they will be able to point the problem, got told " yes, e have an expensive tool that I'll be able o pinpoint the problem without guessing and replacing half a car" ok. I explained the symptoms of the issue that the car only shows issue codes when starting cold not warm and not while driving. I get a call next day that they don't know what the problem is, just guessing that is fuel injectors and I owe them $350 already. What a f. How from a simple diagnostic became $350 and just guessing. It turns out that not only they didn't know the problem and was embarrassed to admit it and just tell me before doing anything else they went ahead and messed with my fuel injectors, then test drove it to see if codes are popping up( hello, only it does it when cold, I've told them that) and didn't ask my permission for test driving it. That not part of diagnostic. Can't just do that and at the end of the day tell your customer, "hey we didn't not find the problem so we messed around on your engine and switched some parts and test drove it how we felt like it necessary (aggressive) and now you owe us this bunch of money come pay us and take your car and our suggestion " WTF. I'm currently sueing this shop. Keep away for your sake....

 have been taking my car here since we moved to WA state in 1990; that is, about 26 years. I have never been less than totally satisfied with the service. Today, 2/3/2016, I dropped it off for service (oil change, check-up) and by 9 am I got a text saying they were done. In the past, I have had occasion to have cars towed in, on an emergency basis, and they have always been accommodating.

This is a very reasonable and friendly shop.  I just needed a tail lamp replaced and they did it while I waited even though they were busy with other cars. Nice to see good old fashioned bussiness practices can still be found.
