Newly renovated from top to bottom, this is Prescott's newest looking hotel. Free breakfast, beautiful new outdoor pool and a short drive to downtown.

Story

As of January 1, 2015 new owners are transforming this hotel into a beautiful new place for visitors to Prescott to rest and relax. Our construction team has demolished the interior and now is bringing it back to life with new paint, carpet and furnishings - the TLC it has needed for many years. We will be opening like brand new in May 2015!

My husband and I stayed here for our 17th wedding anniversary. The bed was so uncomfortable. My husband and I both could not sleep. On top of that we had the room facing the busy street (we were told it was their best room) and our window was right over the outside patio so there was constant noise. The breakfast was mediocre. The staff were nice and Prescott is a beautiful place. We will stay somewhere else the next time we visit Prescott.

Hotel was ok, was given water, a free drink for a local bar which was nice. Beds were comfortable but breakfast left little to the imagination. Location was good and overall a decent stay.

Stayed at this hotel while I was attending the Rodeo over 4th of July. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and how friendly the staff was. What I liked the most was the breakfast that is offered to all the customers. It was a full meal and it tasted great!

It was the worst room ever. Door did not close properly, light from hallway poured into room. Beds were broke down springs and so low at head of bed had to prop up the head area. Walls thin and very noisy. Put next to elevator and side entrance. Was so bad we left and drove the night thru to reach our next destination. So paid for a night we couldn't use. That's just wrong. Shame on you for not taking care of properties that the customer feels safe and able to rest well. That's what they are paying for.

The staff really cared. Rooms clean. Continental breakfast better than at a sit down dinner. Plus they gave me a prices break. Very impressed and will stay there next time. 5 stars.
