I want to thank the staff at the quality inn in New Columbia for their excellent service in our time of need going above and beyond while we were stranded. Thank you to the staff member not on the clock taking my husband to the store for milk for our toddler, the manager for checking in on us, the front desk for getting us numbers. You all are wonderful people and thank you so much!

We were very happy with our recent first time stay at the New Columbia, PA Quality Inn.  Very much liked having the Bonanza Steakhouse right at the facility for a very nice meal.  Room also nice and clean.  Enjoyed breakfast in the morning at Quality Inn.  Breakfast area clean, well stocked, everything fresh, by a nice staff member who obviously had great pride in her work.  Stayed two evenings.  Wife and I would certainly recommend a stay here while passing through.

Hotel was so quiet I slept like a baby during my 10 hour break. Staff was very pleasant and professional. I would stay there again. And also it connected to hotel which adds an extra bonus.

The room was nice. Beds were comfortable, pillows were not. People were friendly. The free breakfast wasn't good. Ham was hard, eggs were rubber and waffles were gooey inside. Overall a decent value, just skip breakfast.

The bar in house is a nice touch- have a drink and relax. The breakfasts are amazing- good quality and a lot of it.
