Clean, affordable stay close to shopping and restaurants.
We enjoyed the pool area, though busy with lots of guests it was clean and there were always stacks of fresh towels. 
The rooms were clean and the beds very comfy! The breakfast was your typical continental with the addition of a waffle station! Our only issue was with the lay out of the automatic doors that guests are to take luggage carts through, the doors are most conveniently opened from inside, and we had a difficult time opening the doors while maneuvering the cart through from outside in. A small accessibility issue but very frustrating after a long day on the road. 
Staff were great in helping with take out recommendations as we arrived near closing time of the on site restaurant. The front desk attendants (both at check in and through the night) were kind and professional. When asking for towels they ensured no additional face clothes or toiletries were needed. When asking for restaurant recommendations they were considerate of budget and quality product. 
Walmart and a shopping centre are directly across the street from the hotel and I noticed several city buses running on Bay Street. 
All around clean, affordable place to rest ones head while traveling. Would definitely stay again!

I was there with boys hockey team. The staff provided a complimentary social room for us. Great for a team get together. They had breakfast all ready for us nice and early our last day and even put us in the rooms we had stayed in when we had turn back and stay an extra night due to road closure.

Nice hotel for a Quality Inn! Wished we got to stay longer. The bridge closed preventing us from getting to the hotel the first night and they were very understanding and allowed us to cancel the first night with no worries. Would definitely go back there.

It's an economy level hotel. Nothing fancy. Rooms and elevators are old. Semi rustic appearance with carpets all over the place. Friendly front desk. You get Free breakfast coupons to buffet in the restaurant downstairs. Decent and clean. 2 stars for my level of comfort and luxury, 4 star for service.
