Bottom line the hotel needs a renovation and the staff need to be better trained. I was surprised at how little the staff knew about the area. I asked the front desk person (not concierge) a question about something nearby and was told "I don't know"... It's like find the answer... Bed was comfortable, room was dated and not particularly clean. Buggers on the wall (on the bathroom door jam to be specific).. spider webbs.. just not worth staying there.

The river and locks park are right next door. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Did not have a chance to visit the restaurant but a free appetizer coupon was given at checkin and is always appreciated. Room was clean and quiet.

Room was fine, but billing was horrible. They charged me for an extra night, and when I called to explain they said they would refund the charge and sent me a receipt going back on my credit card. The did not actually refund the money! I had to go crawling through my credit card statements twice, one to prove the charge was incorrect, and then to prove they didn't reimburse me. Waste of time.

We had Valentine's dinner there. I had prime rib and my wife had white fish. The food was excellent and the service was superb. Will definitely go back

A wonderful place with an unobstructed view of the locks. We stayed the night and had breakfast in the restaurant. Food was great. The glass dinning room made us feel like you were dinning in a snow globe.
