Newly remodeled hotel. Very clean rooms, helpful employees. Great complimentary breakfast including scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, fruits, breads, toast, juices & milk. The staff went above & beyond. We were set up at The Iowa Deer Classic at the Hyatt Vee Hall & ran out of flyers. The staff made 100 copies of our flyers & wouldn't allow us to pay for them. They were very helpful and saved me an hour long trip to copyworks & wouldn't accept a penny. We will definitely be back!! All around a great hotel with great staff!!

Love this hotel!! The staff is amazing. The lady that does breakfast is so friendly and helped everyone. Such a great staff.
The only complaint is the pool area needs up graded very bad. I don't use it, but the kids do. Chairs and tables are soaking wet and continuously got dripped on from ceiling. I might as well of been in the pool.

Chaperone my kids mock trial group and we stayed at this hotel. It was perfect. Staff was patient with us and the 30 plus kids. The facility was clean and well kept up. The rooms were great. I'd definitely recommend this location for groups and individuals.

I love staying at this Hotel. The rooms are clean, well stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable. Pool is well maintained. Even an exercise and laundry room.

Nice hotel, but very strange layout. Entrances on first and second floors, pool is on second floor, and that entrance is poorly setup to allow luggage load in, despite having most the parking. Overall, rooms clean and neat, with good views, better depending on what side you are on (one overlooks river, other the extensive parking areas). Great walking distance to downtown venues.
