I've been a customer here for years. I've always been very satisfied with the service and prices. The last few times I've gone the gals helping me have made mistakes (put the book on the glass the wrong way, enlarged copies incorrectly, only punched halfway through pages on multiple bindings). These mistakes resulted in more copies than I intended and my spiral bound books had loose pages that weren't attached in the middle. I was charged for all of these. I understand that people make mistakes, but I think it's a matter of employee training. I think these mistakes could be easily avoided. I realize the paper/copies have to be paid for by someone, but I think Quality Quick Print should eat that cost if it is the fault of their employees. Also, for a company that has "quick" in their name I would expect just that.

They were so friendly & really went the extra mile for me. They were fast & did a great job. There was a miscommunication & they went above & beyond to fix it. I really love this place & recommend them often!

Everyone is so helpful when I go in.  Both times I've been in and out in 10-15 minutes.  Super happy with the product quality.  Their prices are much better than the alternative (Kinkos or UPS).

I love the people at Quality Quick print. They are so helpful. I have been doing busines with them a long time.  They are always so helpful and are good about giving me the best option cost wise to complete my projects.
