Room was clean and comfortable, however the a/c would not get very cool no matter how low we set it. Also, there seems to be an issue with air in the water lines...it could be heard when the sink was turned on, and water pressure was lacking. Staff was friendly and breakfast was tasty. Hot tub was warm and jets out of order. Pool room could use some air flow which they attempted to help by propping the emergency door open. The place could use some repairs, but this wouldn't stop me from staying again.

Nice hotel but the manger is very rude and disrespectful at the new Iberia location also the covers on the bed was messed up there was bugs in the bed and refuse to change the covers r even give me my deposit back. The nerve of them even to even call the cops because I was fusing for my money but the will not even get a star from me and I will make sure nobody I no stay at that hotel

All great except one night desk person.  Very small pool. The one rude night clerk lied about the time the pool closed.  Said 8 and we couldn't get in since it was 7:50. Other time it was filled with loud kids.

The General Manager Erica Senetiere is very unprofessional , rude and likes customer service. My credit card was over charge by $158.34 and this lady has the nerve to scream and yell over the phone at me. This person should not have this position, she needs  a customer service class and anger management. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. I hope the VP or owner of this location is reading this post Choice Hotels needs a new GM at this location, because you will never have repeat customers with this person employed on your staff. .
