Fantastic pair that runs this bicycle shop that is a Giant bike dealer. Bought my first road bike with them and they gave me all the information I needed as a first time buyer. First tune up was free and they have been friendly and transparent with me every time I have come to the store. Their bike accessories are a little more pricey than what you can find elsewhere, but knowing it supports them and makes it worth the buy.

Not only did it take 3 minutes to fix my bike (my brakes weren't working) it only cost me 5 dollars!!! I also asked him a lot of questions and he was very patient and very nice and answered all of them and gave me good advice. Overall the best bike repair experience I have ever had. Strongly recommend going there.

Just took my bike in for a clicking noise when I pedal. I was afraid I was in for bearings problems. The tech here put my bike up on the rack, checked a couple things, tightened this and that, then took it down and rode it around the parking lot. Then he asked me to check it out. The clicking was gone! I asked him what I owed him, and he said nothing. I was so impressed. These guys won't try to make money off what you don't know. I really like folks like this; they'll get my business from now on.

Dan and Jason are friendly, but more importantly, they know how to select the right bike for your intended purpose and properly fit the bike to YOU. I was referred to them by a friend who said Jason was one of Best Mountain Bike Mechanics in the state. I purchased a high-end bike and have had excellent follow-up service. I too have referred people to them and they are all very satisfied. I wonder if the bad review was meant for a different bike shop! That doesn't sound like these guys at all. Go by and check them out. I think you'll agree that they know bikes and how to fit & service them.
