If I could give this place a zero star I would. The most AWFUL mani and pedi I have ever had. I came there to get my nais done today and the man who worked on my toes rubbed the buff block so fast that he got my skin and ended up rubbing skin off above my big toe. I began to bleed. Then when I said something about me bleeding he started to talking to the man doing my mani and shaking his head in another language. The man that gave me the mani had been working on my nails about 10 min and then started to paint my color on. I looked down and there was still dirt under my nails and my polish that he had taken off was still see it on the sides of my nails. I asked him to clean my nails and take off the polish before he painted them and he threw the tools down and pushed off his cart. I asked to speak to a manager and of course I was told me no manager was available. I will NEVER return to this salon again. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

i tried this place out because they were the only place open. The people are very nice and generous but after they did my nails my friends and i left and all of our nails were peeling off... definitely not supposed to happen i called and they said must of been something we did. down waste your money here. worst nail salon I've ever been to! luxor or pro nails are amazing!

The nail services are great is you get it done by one of the guys but DO NOT GET ANY TYPE OF WAX FROM THEM. The woman did a Brazilian (at least that's what I asked for) and she didn't wear gloves, redipped the stick into the wax several times... same wax they use for everything else mind you, and she made me bleed. She also didn't get everything. By far the worst waxing experience. Everything is over priced as well.

I would give Queens no stars if possible. Been getting my nails done for nearly 30 years & I needed a new full set. Decided to try Queens since I was close to them. I can not believe how bad they were. 6 of them were put on crooked! I filed them to straighten as well as I could. After only a week they look atrocious!!! I also got sliced and bled with their little nail machine.

First and last time going there. I was told $25 for regular square shaped acrylic. Not only did he do a terrible job but he then charged me 35 for picking 2 nail polish colors and doing "long" nails. I had to go home and fix them myself. Very disappointed.
