I haven't been to super cuts in years but thought I would give them a try again BUT... 30 minute wait with no line because the only 2 people working are doing color. Manage your employees better and have 1 person do color and 1 open to do the cuts or have another person working. Should never be a 30 min wait in the middle of the day with only 2 customers in the store. Exact reminder of how this business is mis managed.

I always get my haircut here, and have been for the past couple of months, and I am going to continue to get my haircut here. They are registered cosmologists and you can tell they are professional. I am always satisfied when I go here, the workers actually talk to you and are very lively and the prices are good. A basic haircut is about $15-20

***Update ---The stylist, Day, and the store manager at the Rayzor Ranch location went to great lengths to fix this situation. They were very understanding, apologetic, and professional! They are an example of how it should be done. Not only did I not know that a person, Caitlyn Hill, could give such a bad haircut, but I never dreamed that Caitlyn would be so rude. Caitlyn Hill ruined my little boys hair. She took a razor and ran it all over his head in circles, not even in a pattern or anything. She left bald patches, and uneven ridges with pieces or hair sticking out all over. She then thought I was stupid and tried to convince me that it would look more even when it has product on it. She also said it looked like that b/c it was curly. Do you think this is the first time I have ever had his hair cut?! His normal place was closed, so we tried Supercuts-NEVER AGAIN. If you are incompetent at cutting curly hair, just say so. Also, she was rude and short tempered with him. Why is it that he is always well-behaved when getting his haircut, but only at this salon, with this stylist, did she have trouble with his behavior. Perhaps it was because you are a rude person who didn't want to cut his hair, and was barking orders at him?! Get a better attitude, and a different line of work, Caitlyn!
