We laid our grandma to rest last year on October 31, 2016 next to her husband, my grandpa. We paid all expenses in cash. We were told her name, year of birth and year of death would be added to the plaque and take 3 weeks. Fast forward to April of this year when my cousin visited her gravesite and NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE. He went into the office and spoke to Daisy. She had a bunch of excuses and told him in 3 weeks she would have the plaque ready. My cousin called myself and my dad extremely upset ( every right to be) and three weeks later my dad called Daisy to which she said it will be ready next week. So every week my dad called Daisy and every week she told him next week. At the end of June I called Daisy and let her know how unacceptable this whole situation has been and shame on her for treating a grieving family this way. I told her stop lying to my dad and get it done. Guess what she told me???? It will be done the following week. NO apologies just excuses and blaming others in the office for dropping the ball. My dad gave her two weeks from my phone call because of vacation and when he called on July 24th, SHE said it would be ready the following week. When my dad called me I said enough and went over her head. I spoke with a very nice woman Michelle who was mortified and apologetic over how Daisy had treated my whole family, promised to get me results. On Wednesday of that week my dad got a call from Daisy saying the plaque was being shipped overnight via Fed Ex to the engraving place and she would call back once she had a date that it would be ready for viewing. Last week on Wednesday she called back to say the plaque was in and would be put back either Friday or Saturday. When it was she would text him a picture. Radio silence from her but I am happy to say that after over 9 months since my grandma was buried we FINALLY have a plaque with her information on it. How do I know this? Family visited her gravesite and graciously took a picture and sent it to me. SHAME ON YOU DAISY. SHAME ON YOUR LIES, YOUR BEHAVIOR AND YOUR TREATMENT OF MY FAMILY. I truly believe that if I hadn't called and spoken to Michelle none of this would have been done. I will pray that you NEVER treat another grieving family as horribly as you treated my family.

Best cemetery to put your loved ones to rest.Beautiful views all around the cemetery grounds.A very beautiful and peaceful place is what Queen of Heaven cemetery is!
