Unfortunately, my daughter is stuck with insurance threw her father that only allows her to be seen at these satellite offices the queens location is the closes to our home. Everytime we go there is an issue with attitude of staff and doctors they are obviously in the wrong field of work healthcare work is for people who are compassionate  and care about the well being and health of patients. these doctors act like you are bothering them with your illness. Hard to get an appointment then when you do say a silent prayer that the doctor behaves like a doctor. my daughter had better doctors with community insurance . Believe me I tried to drop her coverage but they won't dropped  it without another insurance and Medicaid is not an approved insurance for them to drop her coverage. But Medicaid had better doctors and staff than this location.

I was Waiting  for to see this doctor for more then one hour. When she called my name, I went in to her office and 1st thing  she said was  I can’t see you Cause I m not your doctor. She is in room 405. Then she went to front desk told them that’s she can’t see me Because she is not my doctor. Then don’t even work there if u don’t want to see a person that’s sick. That hospital suck and worst doctor there.

Hire more Doctors!!! That is the problem with this place, so much volume of patients for such a low volume of providers. I don't have any problem with the Doctors to even the front desk I think their beside manner is excellent. But how can you provide good health care if there is always shortage of Doctors how can you fulfill patient needs? Hellooooo!! Don't the Union has more than enough money to Hire? Please we are not machines and the Doctors either, who ever runs this place or is responsible for providing the tools needs to get it together and know that this is the main problem and FIX IT.

Told me to wait an hour for over the counter medicine. Many of the doctors there have very little to no knowledge. You're better off going on google doing research on your and getting otc medicine, seriously. I told them the symptoms they prescribed me medicine for it and ended up going back several times because all the medicine they prescribed didn't work they are playing the guessing game if you are prescribed medicine it's most likely something random they prescribe to you so they don't get bothered for a while.
